The emphasis on the Boulder Country Day sports program is to develop athletic skills, foster self-esteem and promote team leadership skills in a competitive program. Through practice, students gain an understanding of rules and strategy of the game as well as developing their specific game skills. BCD Bulldogs build strength, agility and cardiovascular efficiency. Boulder Country Day's sports program helps students gain experience and confidence they will use in all aspects of their lives.
