About

BCD's Strategic Plan

What will BCD look like in 2030 and beyond? Our Strategic Plan was recently revised to envision the BCD of the future.
Over the course of the 2023-2024 school year, BCD's Board of Trustees completed the strategic planning process that resulted in the below new vision, mission, and values that will lead our school into the future. The process was inclusive of all BCD constituents and included focus groups, surveys, meetings, and interviews. These new shared statements of purpose provided the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team with the opportunity to create a dynamic and innovative 6-year strategic plan guided by our core values. This Strategic Plan, Part of Something Bigger, will serve as the field map for our school from 2024-2030.
