Giving and Engagement

Committed. Engaged. Connected.

Since its founding more than 35 years ago, the BCD community has had a culture of coming together, giving back, and getting involved. We believe that students thrive when schools and families are working in partnership.

From volunteering to supporting our philanthropic programs, BCD provides a variety of ways to be involved. While volunteering and giving are not required at BCD, we highly encourage families to become international and passionate participants in our Bulldog community and their children’s education.

We look forward to your partnership!

Transformative power of philanthropy

At Boulder Country Day, we believe in the transformative power of philanthropy. To ensure each student's bright and successful future, we must invest in excellence in and beyond the classroom. This investment is made possible through generosity that extends beyond tuition. Philanthropy at BCD strengthens the bonds of community, fosters excellence, and leaves behind a lasting legacy.

Contributed income makes up nearly 4% of our operating budget. Tuition alone does not cover the costs associated with the people, programs, and place that make BCD such an exceptional school.  Please refer to the BCD Fund page to learn more about the impact donations make.
