Welcome and thank you for registering for BCD's Summer Program!

Your child's summer camp registration is finalized when you complete the following check list and submit all required forms. Forms must be received at least 5 business days prior to your child's first day of camp.

Our Student/Parent handbook is on the summer camp page of BCD’s website. All parents must review our handbook before before the start of camp. Thank you in advance for your partnership.
Enrichment Camps
If your child will need medication while at summer camp, either emergency (i.e. epi-pen, inhaler, etc.) or non-emergency (this includes vitamins, cough drops and OTC medications such as ibuprofen, probiotics, etc.), please visit BCD’s Health Forms and Medication Authorization webpage for forms and instructions.

Are there any dates when the summer program is not open?Camp Sandbox and Enrichment Camps are closed on June 19, 2025 and the week of June 30th - July 4, 2025.

What happens if I need to cancel?Our camps are enrollment driven and unfortunately refunds for any are not available after April 30th.

Where do I drop-off or pick-up my child?Details on pickup and drop-off will be posted soon.

Are snacks and lunch included?
Lunch and snacks are included for Sandbox campers.Lunch and snacks are NOT included for Enrichment campers. -
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Please note that BCD does not offer discounts for siblings.

Discounts
Please note that BCD is committed to keeping our pricing affordable. We offer financial assistance to help offset the cost of summer camp. Financial assistance is ONLY available to families who are enrolled at BCD for the 2025-2026 school year AND receive scholarships or financial assistance at 50% or greater. If you would like to speak about a reduction in summer camp rates for your family, please contact Susan Boyle, BCD's Chief Enrollment and Strategy Officer.
Refunds
Full refunds are available until April 30, 2025. After April 30, all payments and registrations are non-refundable.
Licensing
BCD's summer program is licensed by the State of Colorado and all faculty and staff members must pass a thorough background check and complete trainings focused on campus safety, administration of emergency medications, first aid, and CPR.
